At Lilac Expedition, we ensure all tips for the climbing crew are handled fairly and transparently. All tips will be collected in a single envelope and left at our office at the end of your climb. The collected amount is then distributed to the guides, porters, and cooks in a fair and equal manner, ensuring every crew member is properly rewarded for their hard work.
