All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Final payment must be made prior to departure as indicated in your itinerary confirmation.

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

• Visitors must have valid passports and visas where required.
• Health requirements including vaccinations must be met prior to travel.
• Lilac Expedition is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation or health non-compliance.

We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellations, and lost belongings.

Lilac Expedition acts as an agent for services provided by suppliers. We cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, or losses incurred during travel, except where legally required.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other operational reasons. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
